Interior dining for ten combines with a new designer kitchen, bringing everyone together for the warm and memorable times. Adjacent is a butler's pantry with coffee machine, second large double fridge additional pantry and laundry facilities.

Tingira House has two expansive outdoor terraces with gun barrel beach views
- Upper level offering open air dining seating 10.
- Lower level flowing from the games room also offers under cover dining and lounging.
